1. Use of the App

The App is designed as an educational tool for learning Japanese Kanji. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this App for personal and non-commercial study only.

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the source code or local database assets of the App.

2. Billing & Subscriptions (BaoBao Premium)

The App offers optional in-app purchase options for "BaoBao Premium" to disable advertisements and unlock all quizzes instantly. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store billing channels and are subject to their refund rules.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure, packages, or feature sets of the premium offerings at any time.

3. Disclaimers & Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure database accuracy, we do not warrant that all translations, example sentences, or spelling are 100% free of error.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KodesHari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
